Mommy Bootcamp: Our Signature class, is an hour long workout that is fun for the whole family. Bring your baby or toddler, no childcare required! Your baby is with you during your workout, as they get older, we find they enjoy doing some of the exercises as much as we do. Each class includes cardio drills, strength training, and corework.  This is not "just a strolling" class, you will work hard and be rewarded with results. With 2 certified instructors leading each workout, we are able to show both high and low intensity modifications. We welcome ALL fitness levels!
 
Outdoor Extreme: An intense outdoor conditioning class offered during the spring, summer, and fall. Great for working moms or early-risers who want to get their workout in before the kids wake up. Starts at 6am and is just for the mommies!! Sorry, no kids. All fitness levels welcome! For this program, classes are by session.
 
Coming Soon!! We enjoy your feedback and are excited to announce we will soon be offering Belly Bootcamp (prenatal fitness) and MommySTRONG (strength training) classes.
