Mommy Bootcamp: Our Signature class, is an hour long workout that is fun for the whole family. Bring your baby or toddler, no childcare required! Your baby is with you during your workout, as they get older, we find they enjoy doing some of the exercises as much as we do. Each class includes cardio drills, strength training, and corework. This is not "just a strolling" class, you will work hard and be rewarded with results. With 2 certified instructors leading each workout, we are able to show both high and low intensity modifications. We welcome ALL fitness levels! MBC classes are offered at all of our locations throughout the week and weekend.

MBC Saturday INSANITY: A high energy total body conditioning class offered inside the Dulles Town Center before the stores open. Get your workout in, then beat the crowds at the mall!! The INSANITY begins at 9am and ends at 9:55am. This class is included in your Mommy Bootcamp membership. We make it a family affair by letting the Dads attend for FREE ... so bring Daddy along and see if he's DaddySTRONG!

SPECIALTY CLASSES (*SC): These programs run in sessions and are considered small group training classes with no more than 15 moms in each class. Moms can attend our regular Mommy Bootcamp classes and supplement their workout by enrolling in a specialty class.

Outdoor Extreme*SC: An intense outdoor conditioning class offered during the spring, summer, and fall. Great for working moms or early-risers who want to get their workout in before the kids wake up. Starts at 6am and is just for the mommies!! Sorry, no kids at this class. All fitness levels welcome! Class held in sessions.

Mommy & Me Fitness*SC: Great for new moms! Come exercise WITH your baby! At this class we work on strength training and corework while bonding with our babies. Moms will exercise while "wearing" their babies, so bring a Baby Bjorn, Moby Wrap, etc to wear. Then we have fun moving with the babies out of the carriers ... they smile as we sweat! We finish the class with our babies next to us (or on us) for corework and relaxing stretches. The babies love this class!

Class held in sessions on Tue/Thu at 10am at the Dulles Sportsplex.

Mommy BOOTY-Camp*SC: We're not talkin' about those baby booties!! We're talking about your Glutes, AKA: da butt, junk in the trunk, baby got back...you get the picture! This hour log workout will target your glutes, legs, and core...so a guts & butts workout!! Move Over JLo!

Core Extreme*SC: An hour long core class designed to Melt That Muffin Top!! Focused on strengthening your core from the inside out with Pilates based exercises and core stabilizing moves. You will feet stronger, stand taller, and be able to button your jeans!! Muffin Top...What Muffin Top??!! Class held in sessions.

BabyBelly Fitness*SC: Got Belly?? Well congratulations!! Join us at our prenatal exercise class where we will help you to be "fit & strong, 9 months long" with BabyBelly Fitness. Classes are led by certified Prenatal Fitness Instructors. This 60-minute prenatal class incorporates low impact aerobics, strength training, and corework into a class designed especially for pregnant women. Targets the muscles used most during and after pregnancy.
